The Prodigal One

A friend introduced me to J.T. a couple of years ago. I would learn very quickly that J.T. battled many demons so I shared my faith and continued to mentor him whenever our paths crossed. This past Monday J.T. dropped by the office where I was working and after listening to his struggles I encouraged him to check into the Peoria Rescue Mission. J.T. explained how he had been there before and then made up excuses why he couldn’t go back.
