Psalm 20:7, says, “some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

Watching the news makes it impossible to know who to trust. One thing for certain is we can trust our God.

With extreme heat we (the worship committee) decided to vote on Thursday whether we should move the event inside. The weatherman predicted high heat indexes all week but for some reason I never felt in my Spirit to have the service moved inside.

The vote was taken, and it was nearly unanimous to trust God and hold the service outside. It was a beautiful day to worship the King.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses and some even trust the weatherman, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
