The Prodigal One

Jesus tells us “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” We are also warned that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. King Solomon was one of the richest Kings who ever lived but unfortunately while amassing his great wealth he lost his relationship with God. As death was approaching, Solomon said, “God has set eternity in the hearts of man.” Love of money only leaves you wanting more, when the euphoria wears off you are left …..
