The Prodigal One

Five years ago, I was asked to speak at an event in Raleigh North Carolina. I arrived at our local airport at 4:15 am for a 5:15 flight to Chicago where I would take a flight to Washington and then arrive in Raleigh at 2:00pm. When I arrived, I was told the plane needed repairs and the departure would be delayed 20 minutes. No big deal until the delay was changed to 7:30.
