Gatorade has a commercial that poses the question, “is it in you?” The commercial shows athletes drinking Gatorade. When they begin to perspire the sweat is the color of the Gatorade they were drinking.

Is it in you? Not Gatorade but the Holy Spirit. The apostle Paul wrote, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?”

Instead of sweating Gatorade we need let the light of Christ flow from our pores. Jesus said,”Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Gatorade is known as the thirst quencher. Gatorade only quenches the thirst but Jesus offers us the “living water.” When given the “living water” Jesus assures us we will never thirst again. The “living water” Jesus is referring to is the Holy Spirit.

So drink up from the spring of the living water, let your light shine and let the world see that It is in you.
