I need to work on trusting God’s timing. God created Heaven and earth in six days and rested on the seventh. Wouldn’t it be nice if He answered our prayers that fast? I believe in God’s perfect timing but sometimes I wish He would be a little quicker.

For years I prayed for a chance to preach at the church where I grew up in and last Sunday according to God’s will the time was right. God also timed it so my Auntie from Oregon and my Kindergarten teacher from Texas were in town and able to be in attendance.

It was awesome to preach at the church where I was baptized and spend time with the members of the congregation. I had a great time and once again God proved that He is always on time and that His timing is always perfect.
